It’s always refreshing to hear some young up-and-coming talent with a true, passionate edge. Giovonni takes us through sensual bliss with his newest single “Take My Hand”, and it doesn’t disappoint.
With subtle vocal textures and versatile lyric-writing techniques, Giovonni encompasses comfortable boundaries of the R&B and Hip Hop genres with his own signature style and approach. The beat is atmospheric, the production value is ambient, and this song is very charming in its duration as it plays out in full swing.
One standout about this track is passion – the insatiable and inspirational love for music that emulates from Giovonni‘s very likable sound. This is definitely a track for the ladies, and has a vibe LL Cool J would definitely appreciate. It’s a soul-grabber, and the easy listening sensibility is another component that makes “Take My Hand” all the more charming. It has facets of quality production value, well polished lyrics and an atmospheric tone that gives R&B a great modern edge.
Giovonni is definitely on to something with this track, and it’ll get you geared up in anticipation with what he comes out with next. Just take a listen for yourself – you’ll see exactly what we mean.
